I was happy with hotel's excellent and exceptionally nice location in centre. Location: the property was very close to the center of the city, the Christmas Market and train station and Borsigplatz.

Convenient location, clean room and bathroom, helpful staff, good price. Central square nearby, plenty of bars and restaurants. Easy check-in process with own keys. a pleasant stay in the heart of the city.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. The queen room was airy and new-fashioned with bathroom. An electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels were available here too...

The bed was super comfy and the room was really clean. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they even carried our luggage for us.

There was no 24-hour reception, which was a bit inconvenient. The city itself was a bit boring and there wasn't much to do.

our recent stay in dortmund was amazing! the accommodation we found exceeded our expectations. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and german football museum. the room was comfortable and clean, with a working shower and plenty of hot water. overall, it was a great experience!

We had a fantastic time staying at this centrally-located hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bed that was surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, with all the necessary amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly service from the staff, who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better, with a parking house right across the street, the train station within walking distance, and the U46 metro right next door.

We did encounter some noise from outside during the night, which disturbed our sleep at times.

As a member of a blind football team traveling on a budget, I was pleasantly surprised by our stay at City-Pension-Dortmund. The double rooms were exactly what we needed and within our budget. Despite the small size, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities such as a supermarket. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. our experience was positive and I would 100% recommend this hotel.
